I bring together digital marketing, editorial thinking, and creative storytelling to help brands communicate what makes them different. My approach goes beyond individual posts, campaigns, or platforms to explore the bigger picture: what a brand stands for, how it wants to be perceived, and why its audience should care.
In a digital landscape where everyone is competing for attention, I believe the challenge isn’t simply to be seen. It’s to become recognisable, relevant, and worth remembering.

ToggleMore than marketing as usual.
A brand can post consistently, follow trends, invest in advertising, and still struggle to distinguish itself from the competition. Sometimes the issue isn’t a lack of activity, but a lack of clarity about what makes the brand matter.
That’s where I like to begin.
I want to understand the thinking behind a business before deciding how to market it. What makes its perspective different? What does it offer beyond the obvious? What does its audience need to understand, feel, or remember?
These questions inform how I approach strategy, content, and digital communication. Rather than treating marketing as a checklist of deliverables, I look at how each element contributes to a stronger, more cohesive brand presence.
Whether that means rethinking an existing content strategy, finding a more compelling way to communicate a product, or identifying opportunities to connect with the right audience, the objective is to make the work purposeful.
Not just more content. More thought behind the content.
Where journalism meets marketing.
My background in English literature, journalism, and media has shaped the way I approach communication.
Journalism taught me to ask questions, investigate ideas, look for context, and find the story beneath the surface. Editorial thinking taught me that how something is communicated can be just as important as what is being communicated.
I bring that perspective into digital marketing.
Instead of approaching every brand with the same formula, I’m interested in discovering its particular story, understanding the people it wants to reach, and finding the most meaningful way to bring those elements together.
That might mean uncovering an overlooked aspect of a brand’s identity, developing a stronger narrative for its content, or questioning an approach that has become repetitive or disconnected from its goals.
For me, storytelling isn’t an alternative to strategy. It’s a way of making strategy more distinctive, giving creative ideas direction, and helping a brand communicate its value in ways people can understand and remember.
Bringing creative thinking and digital strategy together.
I believe the strongest marketing happens when analytical thinking and creative exploration work together.
Understanding audiences, researching competitors, developing positioning, and evaluating performance are essential. So are curiosity, cultural awareness, visual thinking, and the ability to communicate an idea in a way that captures attention.
My interests extend across fashion, art, film, music, design, and contemporary culture. They influence how I think about brands, how people form connections with them, and how creative ideas can become meaningful communication.
Combined with my media background and practical digital marketing skills, this gives me a perspective that considers both the technical and the human sides of marketing.
The technical side helps answer questions such as where a brand should be visible, how its digital channels can perform better, and what the data reveals.
The creative side asks what the brand should stand for, how it can communicate differently, and what will make its presence memorable.
I want to bring both questions to the table.
Experience in editorial and cultural communications.
My experience includes editorial work, digital content, cultural programming, and communications, including working with the Editorial and Communications team at the Kochi-Muziris Biennale.
My responsibilities included supporting the Foundation’s social media channels, updating website content, assisting with media communications, and contributing to editorial material.
Working within a major contemporary art event exposed me to the communication needs of a cultural organisation where artists, ideas, programmes, and diverse audiences come together. It reinforced the importance of communicating with context, maintaining consistency across platforms, and making information accessible without losing the substance behind it.
This experience is an important part of how I approach my work today. It allows me to draw on an understanding of editorial communication and cultural storytelling alongside the practical demands of maintaining a digital presence.
I continue to build on that foundation through my work in digital marketing, exploring how strategic thinking and creative execution can support the distinct needs of different brands.

Strategy with purpose
Understanding your brand, audience, competition, and objectives before deciding which marketing activities deserve your attention.

Finding ways to communicate your identity, perspective, and value beyond generic messaging and repetitive trends.
Content with intention
Developing content directions that connect individual pieces of communication to a larger brand narrative and business goals.
Digital visibility
Using tools such as SEO, social media, website content, and other digital channels to help your brand reach and connect with relevant audiences.
Creative problem-solving
Looking at challenges from different perspectives, questioning assumptions, and exploring opportunities that may not be immediately obvious.
The exact approach depends on the brand, its goals, and the challenge we’re trying to solve. The aim is always to connect thoughtful strategy with practical execution.
Based in Kochi. Working worldwide.
As a freelance digital marketer in Kadavanthra, Kochi, I work with brands locally, across India, and internationally through remote collaboration.
My location gives me a base, not a boundary. I’m open to working with brands in different markets, industries, and stages of growth, adapting to their audiences, objectives, and working requirements.
I’m particularly interested in collaborating with brands that care about how they are perceived, want to communicate with greater clarity, or feel there is more potential in their marketing than their current approach is capturing.
You might be building a new brand, refining an established identity, looking for a fresh perspective on an existing strategy, or trying to connect your creative vision to measurable business objectives.
Wherever you’re starting, the conversation begins with understanding what you’re trying to achieve and what might help you get there.
Always looking beyond the obvious.
I’m interested in the connections between culture, creativity, business, and communication: how a visual identity shapes perception, how a story changes the way a product is understood, and how brands become part of the conversations people care about.
That curiosity keeps me questioning familiar approaches and looking for ideas beyond the usual marketing playbook.
I don’t believe every brand needs to be louder, trendier, or everywhere at once. Sometimes it needs a clearer point of view. Sometimes it needs a more considered strategy. And sometimes it needs someone to look at the problem differently.
That’s the perspective I hope to bring to every project.
Let’s find what makes your brand different.
If you’re looking for a digital marketing partner who can combine strategic thinking with creative perspective and someone interested not only in how your brand performs, but also in what it communicates and why it matters .I’d love to hear what you’re building.
